In particular individuals who are experiencing high levels of stress due to life changes or a need to start again and find their way in life. We offer guided meditations, meditation courses, life coaching and relative supporting materials, resources and working documents.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content from our website without our prior written consent.

Our services include live online guided meditation, meditation courses and retreats, regular group meditations for course graduates  and 1:1 coaching sessions in addition to a library of supporting materials written and videos.. By using our services, you agree to follow our guidelines and instructions, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Our services are not medical services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Our services are intended to provide guidance and support for individuals seeking to improve their mental and emotional well-being through meditation and mindfulness practices. If you have a medical condition or are under the care of a physician, please consult with your physician before using our services.

Payment for our services must be made in advance, and we do not offer refunds for cancellations within less than a week prior to the service. However, we may offer a credit for a future service if cancellation is made within a week or more  prior to the service.

While we take every effort to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, we are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the use of our services.

We do not make any warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content on our website or the effectiveness of our services.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information.
