Group deep-rest 15-minutes on-line, live guided meditation. Participants get guided meditation, experience deep rest, relaxation, and recover from fatigue and stress. These results can be experienced immediately after meditation. The meditation itself is 15 minutes which allows another 10 minutes for introductions, reflections and Q & A.
